the biggest positive i take from this is one of those big names entrenched deep into the biz is not scared to make relatively explorative music. it feels like that's the direction modern pop has been inching towards slowly anyway but yeah
this is ONE step in the right DIRECTION

Anyone else copping shit for actually giving it a go? It's pretty sad that people seem to be reluctant to actually listen to the album because of who he is and who he was a part of.

The album was a bit of a let down for me after my love for 'Sign of the times' as the lead single. Not sure if I'll play this one much.

Really like the closer. I wish the album had more songs like that one.

Is this the fucking album Spotify so desperately insists on force-feeding me?
Not surprised with the rating, lol

I was a little scared about what his album would sound like after Harry released the Sign of the Times because the song is a masterpiece, but it was very slow and because of that reason, I was scared people weren't going to like him as much. When the album was released, he proved me wrong. Every one of those songs on the album is amazing and so unique. It is actual music too and not some fake guitar sound from the studio. It's very different than One Direction's style, which I love. Everyone I know loves his new music. In my opinion, he will one day reinvent pop culture.
