Anyway cool to see this getting a good reception. Will have to check. One of the first bands I saw live, back on the Futures tour actually, Futures buddy.

Lots of good stuff agreed. But emo blew up enormously two times, hence the 95% drab still leaves room for plenty of good bands to listen to. And a handful of fabulous bands. I'm at the end of it though.
I'm not looking into this genre actively anymore. Perhaps a future obscure album will surprise me some day.

fair point to be honest, probably a lot of mediocre revival acts, just not stumbled on them myself. Been on a huge emo/skramz binge lately, so I could be overestimating.
