Ryan Martinie is one of the best bassists in the nu-metal scene, probably only trailing Justin Chancellor of Tool (and maybe not even him).


Tool isn't nu-metal, and Ryan Martinie's way better than him. Especially on here

If you call White Pony nu metal you are crazy. Deftones are way beyond nu metal. They mix a tad of metal, punk, hip hop, ambient, emo,Indie. Not even close to nu metal IMO. Even their old stuff isn't really nu-metal.
