They left this "straight rocking" awesome music and are relying a bit more on a post vibe...its not bad at all, but they won't outdone this in that department unless they really go for post masterpiece like...its getting tricky for them I'd say.
Songwriting in here is absolutely brilliant!

It's unbelievable how this combines so many strengths of a lot of bands so seamlessly. Like the review says, you have some Mastodon guitar riffs, some toolish basslines and drumming, an Oceansize inspired song structure or melody and a unique vocal delivery that sometimes brings Chino to mind (especially on their last new single "King").
Please, if you have not heard of these guys and like any of those artists i mentioned, give this a listen!
