How about those songs? They are all based on boring chugging riffs. Sure,they added some nice solos/leads to break the monotony of the tracks but the riffs are still really mediocre.

Death From Within is one of my favorites on here tbh, I love those guitar fill ins and how the ride cymbal opens up the bridge. Those small details are what I really appreciate about this record and what makes it sound reinvigorated for me. Just give it some credit for being a fun listen after all Flames :]

You know there's great music on this album too right? Why does everyone have to focus on Mustaine's politics so much, his lyrics have vague connections at best. Just take them for what they're about: the crumbling of society and normal life, usually by means of destruction. The band name says it all.

I mean it still has some jams and Fatal Illusion always rules.
