"I like the instrumental of Dark Matters a bit more"
I really don't get the point of listening to a Ziltoid album without the Ziltoid.

bc i don't like the dialogue that much and it makes it much more difficult to appreciate the instrumentals when you can't hear them as easily. Being able to appreciate the music alone will probably increase my enjoyment of the full version, since I'll be able to digest it all more easily.

I am sorry, I will never understand the logic of listening to a neutered version of an album that is meant to be stupid.

Fallout reminds of a really pop-esque version of Seventh Wave, especially that main guitar riff

Even if you're not a Serious Listener™ like Zaruyache and I are, it still behooves you to check it out at least once without the dialogue. There's some interesting stuff going on in the background here and there. Take the cool little interlude when Ziltoid is dropping a deuce at the end of wandering eye for instance.

Sky Blue is kinda disappointing, Dark Matters rocks like fuck though

Seems like everyone is so one sided on the discs. Either Sky Blue or Dark Matters.

Yeah I haven't seen one person who enjoys both yet
In fairness I'm basing my judgement off one listen which I should rectify, but I still doubt this is ever going to enter into his best work-tier

I enjoy both, but Sky Blue is like a legit DT record, while Dark Matters is like an epic metal musical. Sky Blue easily is my preferred album

I dunno on first listen Sky Blue suffered from the exact same problem as Epicloud which was sounding really fake and plastic and forcedly upbeat
Dark Matters is just pure Devy doing what he does best aka making over-the-top music which is stupidly fun
I legitimately laughed in some parts which is a first for his more comical stuff for me

I think while Sky Blue is similar to that Epicloud sound, it feels more organic and is tinged electronically in a different way. And the songs are more well written and arranged than Epicloud, imo.

To whoever tried changing this to Z², please don't. The site's coding simply wont be able to support it. It'll look fine on the artist page and here, but the soundoff page will turn into a mess

Is it possible to change it to Sky Blue and Dark Matters separately? Devin himself said that they should be thought of as separate albums because Sky Blue is a DTP album and Dark Matters is just Devin solo
