I don't get the hype with Faith. The strings are undoubtedly soothing but you can get the same on a neoclassical record and it just doesn't do anything emotive either IMO

I think it gets emotive in the second half and it has some really cool sounding parts. And I still really like Moon now that I think about it. This conversation is making me remember how much I like this, sorry Choccy I'm bumping my rating up

Probably. I haven't listened to this in over a week so that might change things. Voice has definitely grown off me though I agree with you there, even if I still like it

haha you're so indecisive. This is you in the last 10 or so minutes:
"I don't consider Moon the best song on the album anymore after I realized it goes downhill after the first few minutes"
some times later...
"I still really like Moon now that I think about it"

I'm indecisive about Moon because it has my favorite moment of the album, the soloing and stuff right before the acapella part, but then it kind of gets boring. But I still like the stuff that comes after it despite it dragging so yeah idk

Fair enough, i can see your dilemma. I'd say it might click but most people said that this grows off if anything.
My favourite part definitely goes to the layered vocals in Eternal with the acoustic guitar in the background.

Yeah that's top 3 moments on here for sure

but then comes that great acoustic part, and then that spooky dark jam which builds up to ONLY CIRCLES ON THE WATEEEEEEER
best song on the album along with Eternal Rains

Finally got to hear this. I'm liking it. I have to agree with Twort about Cusp of Eternity. It might be my least favorite here after the first couple listens. I'd have to say "Eternal Rains Will Come" and "River" are the standouts for me at this point.

I really like this review, so short and sweet. Wish I could write like this and still get across what I want to say my shits are always like 50 paragraphs lol
Listening to this right now. Still awesome.

So according to sput averages, this is on par with The Incident, which is absolute nonsense.
