Moon is an obvious choice but faith is the song I've always wanted Mike to write

The closing track is the best imo.

Nah Cusp is average. Don't know my favourite either. Nothing's really standing out. Rains is pretty

cool, good way to start an album

Is Moon the track with the layered vocals?

I didn't like that track at all. It sounded so artificial, and Mikael's vocals were borderline annoying.

It has some oversinging but the music is amazing and sounds like old school Opeth kind of

Yeah, moon was the track I was thinking of. I need to jam this some more, but I think I'm going to wait until the release. The quality of the leak isn't that great anyways.

PC lies somewhere between a 4-4.5 I think. There are a couple of songs in the middle that didn't do anything for me, but the rest is fantastic. Eternal Rains is their best song in years.

I don't get all the bitching about River, I think it's really different and interesting for them

I agree but it's too happy for the most part. So happy that it's cringeworthy.

It's definitely different, and it's not like it makes me cringe or anything. I just think the track would have been stronger if it were

about two minutes shorter, and if it didn't have the layered vocals. It's still a decent track in its own right, but I don't dig it;

especially compared to the other tracks.

They definitely went outside their comfort zone for it and I think it worked in their favor
