Though it's a pain to sit through the whole thing, I can still enjoy a few songs. I'd say Secrets of the Dead, Halls of Valhalla, and Sword of Damocles are worth checking out.
The rest can go to hell and back lol

"Be fair and only compare this album to Angel of Retribution.... the eighties and seventies are long gone, you know"
AOR is a fantastic album. Judas rising, revolution and Hellrider destroy anything on here.

Yeah, Dragonaut is actually a pretty decent song. Definitely like the chorus.

I give this a fair rating of 3 indeed it's captures the essence of Judas Priest. However quite a few of these songs sound somewhat redundant over and over not all that bad but not all that great either.

3.1 is the perfect average for this. Some great momentsw on this, some boring, but nothing find
particularly awful... The title track and March of the Damned were probably some of the worst choices
for singles they could have done

"You can't really expect a band to have the same energy and creative flow that they did decades ago. Sure, some bands can do it, but these guys are almost all in their 50's and 60's."
then they shouldnt go on if they cant continue to dish out good material, especially after 3-4 year gaps between albums, thats enough time for a solid album from start to finish.
Bowie is in his 60's and The Next Day was exceptional, not his very best but a great addition to his collection. Priest Should just tour every few years, people would still see em for their 70's-early 90's stuff and a good show. i mean why tarnish your name with bad material, stick to their solo projects to do that
