Yeah a lot of their other albums are more consistent, but this album has more amazing songs, because it's a double album. Plus I really like how varied this double album sounds compared to others like Stadium Arcadium. A lot of my favorite Beatles songs are on this album too. I agree with your point on rating systems, I still think I need to fix mine though or at least my 5's.
Revolution 9 is probably the worst Beatles song.

i think it wouldve been cool if revolution 9 came after good night so like, it lulls you to sleep and then revolution 9 comes on like some trippy nightmare effect and ends the album on a really unsettling tone
or it couldve been left off completely. as it is its pretty random and awkward imo unless youre on some powerful hallucinogens

Lennon is fantastic my favorite Beatle is still Paul though mainly because of For No One, Helter Skelter, I've Just Seen a Face, and Oh Darling!
