Can't get enough of "Pulling the String" right now. Dat rhythm section
EDIT: Plus the hits from this album are some of the best material that radio metal has to offer
EDIT 2: Anyone else think Chad sounds a bit like Ozzy at roughly 3 and a half minutes into "All That You Are?"

the singles are pretty damn good for a metal album. usually theyre the weakest on metal albums but mudvayne had the right amount of catchiness and aggression here. and they totally lost it on the new game

bit of a guilty pleasure for me

I'll admit that "Fall Into Sleep" and "Happy?" are some good choices for singles. The chorus on Fall Into Sleep is excellent.

I agree with the review 100%. Their production after LD 50 is their downfall, though. That album had such heavy production and a lot of songs on their later albums would benefit from that. Plus, Choices is the best song they've done after The End of All Things to Come for sure. And, maybe even their best song of all-time. If it weren't for the "einy-meany-meiny-mo" in the verse. That seriously ruins a groundbreaking progressive song for them. That little part drops their best songs by a good 5 spots. Plus, can't help but feel that Determined (as good as that song is) is a lame attempt at a Dig Pt. 2

Complete guilty pleasure and hits right in the nostalgia of when I was first flirting with metal.

Need a new Mudvayne album...

Is this album worth picking up? I'm a big fan of TEOATTC and LD 50.

@CaimanJesus
It's worth spinning once. Some like it. It's certainly not a bad album, but compared to New Game it's a goddamn masterpiece.

I actually remember liking this more than TEOATTC.
Agreed, All That You Are is one of the best songs here

Ehh I'll admit this is more dumbed-down and radio friendly but the songs land more often for me
