new album is basically Hollow Bodies 2.0 and I kinda don't think that's a bad thing, albeit the lack of progression

If you like core and want a fun jam, this album doesn't disappoint. Can't say I'm a huge fan of dudes who's voices go above a tenor though...

Saw them opening for Our Last Night. Kinda was as I expected. Everything was drowned by the base and Beau is better at dancing than singing. What stood out were the screams by the bassist but I'm not sure if they weren't playback or somehow enhanced. If not, he's one of the best screamers in the scene. Still was kind of fun.

Jared is a killer vocalist and highly underrated, I'd definitely put him up there. Beau has been pretty mediocre every time I've seen them, but he gets the crowd pretty into it so he's good on that front at least

Title track is still a jam and a half

Yup besides the mediocre vocals he is getting the job done at putting on a show.

The screams that he provides here and there are pretty good tho

I think his problem is breath control, because he's running all over the stage and has trouble sustaining notes, as well as going off key at times

First four tracks, Youngbloods, and Carry on are all fucking great, and Open Water is pretty good, but the rest is so forgettable

Definitely used to like this much more. I'm pretty sure I had admin delete my old review on this because when I re-read it I was wondering who the fuck I was there for a few years.
