you would think with how many bands have been screwed over by victory bands would learn not to sign record deals with them


he explains their situation in that interview. they had basically no other choice, cos no other label was gonna give them the chance to fulfil their musical ambitions

I like this band, but this is pretty crap

The Hawthorne Heights situation was completely dIfferent, Victory didn't include any clause about only being allowed to record for their label (bush league mistake,) however they still had to release two more albums for Victory, They definitely didn't "win everything."

I like this one and their last album the best because they're focusing more on the pop-punk side of their music than the metalcore. FTWHH is good too but I realize how overrated it is now
