Thank you for providing a very thorough and helpful answer! I certainly didn't intend it, and I think it feels far fetched to label it as demeaning, but I do get the gist.

I realize how this review only ends up making me look worse and worse but I'm slowly coming to the realization that my initial opinion of the review was incorrect first time around.

I don't feel like your opinion was incorrect, it just seems to have been misguided...if that makes sense.

But I don't have much of a say since I have only heard her first album.

Still very well written, as pretty much everyone agrees.

I know that any attempt on my part to embellish this record will come across as hollow due to the 3.8 which I initially branded it with, but let's just say I took a few hours to properly sit down and absorb what Hval has done...and I'm pretty sure that I was wrong first time around.
