Dio is a better singer than Ozzy but the doomy sound that made up many songs of Sabbath's first five albums (their best, along with Heaven and Hell) can only really be done by Ozzy. It depends on what they were playing at the time and which vocalist suited the sound more. I've heard Dio sing Paranoid and Iron Man and I thought it sounded cool though.
