The singer from Thought Industry said that Rush was an early influence on his vocals. Listening now, it's obvious (only on their debut).

Rockenfield rules hard in this one!

Here let me say something good about some songs:

I dig the dual solo in Falling Down

I didn't remember the fuzzy riffs throughout One Life nor the attack of the solo

When the Rain Comes has a certain Empire-ish quality to it, and wtf did this record always have this many solos?

~2:00 onwards into How Could I is pretty sweet, Tate sounds great

That galloping final third in Breakdown honestly rocks

Right Side has to be one of the best post-PL songs for me, Todd included

This is one of those albums where I actually don't remember much from my listen...

I may have to retry it

It's pretty bland tbh. Probably one of the least memorable 'Ryche albums

After relistening, my 2.5 stands. This is bland and boring as Hell, except for Sacred Ground and How Could I Know. I actually enjoy those tracks.

Recall hearing this on Grooveshark back in the day. Not sure if it was complete.

Regardless, I'm enjoying it more now (on Tidal). Some underrated tracks on here *ducks for cover*

I def enjoy this more than most people. The atmosphere really pulls me in.

Not claiming this is better than say, I&W or Awake, but I'd prob prefer hearing this over most DT.
