The lack of album artwork sums up the rush job of the album. Look at the artwork when you click on the album in iTunes. It's laughable
lol, that was the very first thing he released months ago. why would he rush an album art when he could have easily waited a week or two before releasing it.

and lol at good artwork having any correlation with good music. seriously. not like the beatles or bruce springsteen were known to have good art work (oh you have pictures of yourself as artwork, the music must suck horribly too).

the album art suits the album very well... but yeh. Im not seeing something that everyone else is. But im fine with that.

That frank ocean outro on new slaves is so annoying, it just kills the track for me.

man this review is epic.

bound 2 would be so much better if that sample didn't interrupt the song every 5 seconds

ok I've actually watched it all and he pretty much nailed it. definitely one of the best reviews

I've ever seen him do.

Honestly I don't get all the shit he receives. Sometimes I agree with him, sometimes I completely

disagree with him, but his videos almost work more like blogs than reviews and they definitely have

that feeling of him being a humble man discussing his thoughts on the album rather than him being a

smug writer for a high brow site delivering a professional "objective" review (like some "more

respectable" reviewers are). The point is to then stimulate discussion about the album and get other

people's thoughts on it rather than to stamp out his opinion over everyone else's. The people who

bitch about him and say they don't respect him are missing the point cos they're interpreting him

the wrong way and that's more a reflection on their own rigid and pretentious personalities than it

is on him.
