I just single-handedly lowered its average to 3.9. Whohoo. But seriously, this album is kinda boring as fuck compared to its predecessor. Very little reward for listening... hope it does grow on me though

Compared to 12 Gauge? I thought that one dragged towards the second half.

right, since For the Revolution was their blandest over album (even if Like A Slave and Towards the Sky were boss)

Sadly nothing hooked me on this album. At all. And that's weird, considering it's fucking Kalmah.

This is a 4 solely because of Black Marten's Trace. God damn that song kicks ass.

just saw these guys on 70k tons of metal and they freaking killed it live. Antti shreds the solos perfectly and Pekka's voice is awesome live. He does the old vocal style found on the early albums as well as the deep vocals on the newer records.

YEESSS their pool deck set was the highlight of the cruise for me. They Will Return absolutely slayed and Pikemaster and Heritance of Berijia were pleasant surprises. also, Antti gave me his pick (though it's just a generic Dunlop one)
