this really isn't neo-psych
maybe i could see a comparison in the fact that its really lush and has a really bright vibrant melody but even then that only is really comparable to like merriweather and if you're just basing it off those characteristics you could say it sounds exactly like 80% of indie pop thats been made in the last 5 years

it's not like i've been listening to a lot of 10's indie pop garbage, but def reminds me of some of anco more mellow songs like on merriweather indeed. Maybe some Mercury Rev tbh.

Colours actually sounds amazing to me. The nostalgic and beautiful amalgamation of sound that I came to expect from the new album. Frankie Sinatra as a song isn't too bad but you wonder where it might fit into the bigger picture of the album. Subways is so promising, can't wait to hear the studio version
