Hideo Kojima and Del Toro; these aren't some ding bats, they've done some seriously great work. The franchise nose dived after Team Silent left, with multiple third party developers trying to keep up with what they left behind.



This is going to be nothing short of epic.



Only small gripe I have, is I don't like well known actors using their likeness and such in the game. I'd rather have an unknown. Not that I'm knocking Norman Reedus, I just don't think it works. Beyond was half ruined for my for that reason.

Norman Reedus really is the only issue I see with this so far. I feel like just by knowing the actor playing him I already know too much about him. Remember the voice actor for James Sunderland has never done any voice work since, he literally is that charecter. I'm having trouble imagining I'm playing as anyone but Norman Reedus.



Still very excited though.

One of my fave soundtracks to one of my all time favourite games.

this is the best OST for anything ever... Haven't experienced yet another work (either game, movie or play) that was so well complemented by a group of songs like this game is.



SH2 could still be considered a great game even without the soundtrack, and the soundtrack could still be enjoyed without the context of the game, but together they make a master piece.

I managed to find two copies of this from random circumstances recently for my only "old" video game system, original Xbox. Can't wait to finally try it out since this is considered the best "modern" horror game

With the patches sorted, the HD collection isn't as much of an abomination these days.



Also, this is probably my all time favourite soundtrack, but SH3 and SH4's soundtracks aren't far behind.
