Didn't make it past "maybe tonight" the first track, after hearing that it was enough to know this
band isn't intended for me.

As for chunk... they are kinda fun at least. I will be checking out their latest.

@durzo, taking chances is probably the best song they've done. might not be saying much, but at least they've improved.

"BIG CALL" alert: 'Legendary' might be the most over-produced album ever! On their pop-culture reference filled 3rd LP, Arizonan power-pop quintet The Summer Set are blatantly shameless in delivering a bright, energetic & feel-good vibe for summer radio. Not only is it disconcertingly difficult to tell how much of the instrumentation is real or synthetic, but the high level of auto-tune still cannot hide Brian Dales' weak, nasally vocals. Returning to the catchy - if cheesy - style of their debut helps, but the glossiness of it all makes the LP easy to dislike for all but the teens it is aimed at. Recommended Tracks: Lightning In a Bottle, Maybe Tonight & Rescue.
