If you listen to the vocal version a few times then go back to the instrumental version and you totally get an appreciation of how well executed this album was recorded.
Phanerozoic promo arrived today. Not as heavy as Precambrian -- there's a lot of piano and strings and even electronic/synth elements -- but man is it a gorgeous album. Silurian ending is the stuff dreams are made of.
