^^ I see I'm not the only one that's reminded of Polyenso after listening to From the Bird's Cage. But damn, that would be a sweet tour.

Take out my epic and make As Cities Burn the headliner and then i'm pretty sure you have one of the best tours of all time. Aside form the Underoath, mewithoutYou, As Cities Burn and Letlive one

Liked their last album. Need to check this out. So why is this band referred to as both HRVRD and Harvard?

It's a bit of a departure from their last album. But I didn't think they still were? I know that they have two facebook pages, one with each name, but the 'Harvard' one is defunct. I'm pretty sure some people just call them harvard out of habit. Or because taking out the vowels was kind of dumb lol

I see. Yeah, I keep seeing both. Like on grooveshark, HRVRD doesn't even exist and their music is under Harvard.

And yeah, taking out all the vowels is retarded.

I would have to say that that particular tour wasn't the dream tour I thought it would be. mewithoutYou were amazing but out of place, even being heckled at the Philly date by goon Underoath fans. I feel like whoever put it together wasn't thinking about how insoluble the line-up really was.

They got heckled at a philly show? that's their hometown. Some underoath fans are douches. But when i saw them in chicago they didn't seem out of place. It worked pretty well, almost as a break from the constant moshing and body surfing. But people were still singing along and cheering pretty loudly. I thought it was amazing lol

and As Cities Burn would be sweet to headline, only if they promise to play later stuff and not just exclusively their first album

Underoath - metalcore, almost exclusively harsh vocals

mewithoutYou - experimental indie rock, almost no harsh vocals

As Cities Burn - mixture of the two, but with old vocalist almost all harsh vocals

letlive. - not a christian band (they were the best imo)

Yeah, But usually people who listen to underoath are fans of mewithoutYou. Most metal fans enjoy mewithoutYou for some reason lol. I think i'd rank the concert performance i saw as

mewithoutYou

Letlive

As Cities Burn

Underoath

"With only two completed full lengths through this young 2013, HRVRD has not .."

I'm pretty sure something's wrong here. Pos' anyway for bringing this to my attention, liking it so far.

Jesse's vocals improved a ton on this album, and he was already great.

@capablanca I've been looking at that sentence the whole time this has been up trying to see if i could make it make more sense. Would this work?

"Having only produced 2 full length albums up until this point, HRVRD has not released nearly enough music to appease their ever growing fanbase."
