@TooManyFriends Before I say anything, allow me to congratulate you on writing such a well written, albeit scathing, review. You are clearly an intelligent individual and I respect you for this. However, I disagree with this review for three reasons, ironically.

1. One-X will NEVER be repeated. The emotion that poured out of every track of that album was due largely in part to Adam's battle with drug addiction. In other words, unless Adam suffers a massive relapse, it is fair to assume that we will not see another One-X.

2. Bands change. I know, this seems to be the obligatory defense one gives to any band that 'experiments' with a new sound. Granted, the band seems to have lost the aggression that spawned One-X. But, on the whole, the album does not exceed the limits a band can change its sound without alienating its fans, or, at the very least, it could certainly have been much worse.

3. Listen to the album again. If you even read this post, I implore you to listen to the album once more, as it took me a few listens to appreciate the substance of this album. If you still firmly hold your stance after another listen, I apologize for wasting your time.

Fuck all of you. I dont need assholes judging me for what I like & what I say. yeah maybe not all of it was as smart as it sounded, but I have an opinion. You all have one too. Lolz, yeah the band has definitely lost a step or two. But, as a fan of the band, I attribute this to a positive turnaround in the life of the frontman. Hard to create aggressive music when everything in your life is wonderful.
