It just hit me that this is the best album I've heard in a very long time and it's definitely better
than all the deathcore albums I've heard before. In my opinion, each time Whitechapel releases a new
album, it tops their last one. I hope they can keep it going. At this point, the bar is set really
high for the next album!
Oh, and a good review

Pretty solid album. TBH I prefer this one over the earlier albums. Less focus on straight up breakdowns and brutality.

album got better with more listens.

Doesn't do much wrong, but struggles to do anything right.

At least they are trying. "Make it bleed" is pretty good. It's nice to hear some speed and an actual double kick run.

I found this so fucking boring. Couldn't keep my attention and I really wanted to like it

3.5 = great lol

Whitechapel strip away the excess core and breakdowns to produce their most solid effort.
and why is that a good thing?

A large leap in quality in a genre that needs a leader. Whitechapel has had songs I've enjoyed before, but always in a sea of mediocre songs.
