Album Rating: 3.5
This is good, but I am rather irritated by the songwriting and vocals. The rest is spot on, however.

Leprous is an experience that should not be missed by any fan of progressive music. *

I typically get really bored with most "progressive" albums, although bands such as Opeth, Leprous, Nevermore or any other band that has a healthy infusion of prog, but isn't straight up prog I can listen to all day. I had no idea what to expect from this band, never having heard Tall Poppy Syndrome yet, but they quickly ended up becoming one of my favorite new bands.
