I can tell you just don't like U2 that much, which is fine. I really enjoy this album though. War is their best IMO.

War is easily their best. It's a pure classic.
This album is pretty good but it's really nothing too special. Where The Streets Have No Name is a wonderful song, but it is directly followed by two of the album's most memorable songs, all of which follow a very similar tone and pace, making the album's kick-off feel very awkward, almost as awkward as this run-on sentence. The rest of the album isn't anything that special either. I might have to reduce this to a 3.
