The singles aren't the way to go really. I haven't listened to "Sugar, We're Goin Down" for at least two months. "Dance Dance" is okay, but doesn't really represent the album that well. I used to like "A Little Less Sixteen Candles, A Little More Touch Me" somewhat, but it being the shortest song makes it not too memorable somehow.

I think the singles are great.. they represent the album fine.... Dance, Dance is the best of all the singles they released.. though Sugar is close behind

Wow. Fall out Boy. Gosh. Never in my entire 18 years on this planet have i come across an assembly of people so entirely bereft of anything remotely resembling an attempt at musical talent. Their postmodern arse-wankery 'I'm just a notch in the bed-post, but you're just a line in a song' just shows what happens when you throw money at stupid frat boys who whine about how their mom's won't take them to soccer practice. It is almost as if they are being ironic. Like everyone is entitled to their own opinion and everything, but this is possibly the worst band ever to have 'rocked out' against their upper class parent's wishes.

When they finally stop wanking and write lyrics that don't sound like the deformed child of beatnik poetry and Simple Plan, maybe then i can start to not hate them with such a fiery passion.

You have to check this out its so funny-

Also search for their Dance Dance one.

I didn't think I'd like it at all, but then I bought it for my Mom for Christmas, and was surprised.

I'm glad someone likes FOB for once... have you heard Take This to Your Grave? It's far superior to Cork Tree.

Are you talking to me? I've reviewed both of their last two albums. And yes, Take This To Your Grave is a lot better than Fuct even though I give this a higher rating in the review. This Message Edited On 04.25.06
I blurbed Grave, cause I can't write long reviews.
That's cool. Blurbs are a good, informative way to write reviews too.

At least since Nirvana. Who wants to date it back another ten years or so?

Cobain had great potential as a vocalist he just seemed to have trouble staying on key.

i still fail to see why people like this band so much. i just never got into them, but you all might think different, to me the first single (or at least the start of it) sounded a lot like Yellowcard without the cool violin. i dont like pop punk that much though either.

Yeah "Sugar, We're Goin' Down" doesn't sound like Yellowcard at all.

 The bassist for MCR is one of the worst bassists ever! Pete is a lot better, not by much, but is still better.

Have you listened to some of his playing on their first album? It's not half bad.

and anyway it's not like bass matters too much in this type of musicThis Message Edited On 06.15.06
