i think that, if i listened to this last year before i made my end of year list, this would've topped Trophy Scars for EPOTY.

word. i prob like the thom yorke + four tet + burial tracks a little if only cause they're faster and easier access but these 2 tracks are very layered and quite rewarding as well

the vocals make this, especially in the second track, but the way the beats are produced is gorgeous too. I've had the four tet etc tracks on my ipod for ages, should listen sometime

Still don't see why this is considered a fantastic release. Hasn't got anything on their respective solo releases.

just because 'mezzanine' and 'untrue' are out of this world good doesn't mean you gotta hate mann. there's a time and a place where these 2 tracks are breathtaking

I don't hate, I just observe ;]

These just don't seem to do much for me. I can see the appeal, I just don't feel it myself.

Yeah I guessed that. If I didn't know better I would've thought this was just a Burial released

There's a gap of roughly ten years between this and Mezzanine though. I haven't listened to much of Massive Attack's new stuff, so maybe that's more like this EP.

Oh hang on. These are actually Burial remixes of Massive Attack songs. Paradise Circus was originally on MA's most recent album.

'Paradise Circus' is a massive attack track that was remixed. 'Four walls' is completely original tho

I read it was an unreleased Massive Attack track
