I was going to make a Patrick Swayze joke at that...
...but it would be in poor taste.
I like this guy's voice. I think his vocal tone is better than the My Epic dude, although, I do hear him come through on certain notes/sections.
The My Epic dude has a tendency to sound like a lady every so often, which I find kind of bothersome in a male vocalist.

I think this album is great, but it is over-saturated in my opinion. I think their next LP did a better job at refining their sound and cutting out the fat and keeping it more concise.
