I'm literally not in the know with games anymore, they've gone to a place I don't like. I play my Dreamcast and PS2 more these days, or Max Payne on PS3. lol

Holy shit Gonzo you are a classic lol You still playing Shenmue on Dreamcast?

Yeah Death Stranding is Kojima's new project.
Nice. Playing Silent Hill 2 for the first time on the PS2 back in the day scared the shit out of me.

Oh yeah, love me some Shenmue. There's some absolute belting games on Dreamcast.
Yeah, SH2 didn't freak me out in the day, SH1 however, goddamn those nurses and doctors scared the hell out of me.

And I might be a minority here, but I hate it when games feature real actors, it completely takes me out of the world's believability. Think the only one that didn't bother me was Until Dawn, given the context of the game it worked. So I can't say I'm expecting a lot from Kojima's new game.

First Silent Hill was terrifying man, best horror game ever.
Dreamcast is a gold mine manz KOTOR, Jet Set Radio, Shenmue, good timrs for SEGA

Yeah Until Dawn was cool.
Plus it's always a treat to see Hayden Panettiere.

Ugh, Jet Set, so good. I've been trying my hand at collection all original PAL releases the last 4 years or so, but some of them are soooo overpriced.

Yeah, it's brilliant. Wish they'd make a proper sequel or prequel than these silly VR games.

'Wish they'd make a proper sequel or prequel than these silly VR games.'
Same, but I'm wary of how they're gonna be able to make a decent follow up without seriously just ripping off most of what made the first one entertaining. The only way I can see them doing it is something similar to American Horror Story and every new game being a brand new story with brand new characters somewhere completely different.

I'm also getting really sick of the antagonists being 'those people who became evil cave monsters oh no sad times'.
It's quickly becoming my least favorite horror cliche. The Descent is the one and only film/game that has really succeeded with it and that's good enough for me.

Yeah, it'd have to be done as an anthology. It was a really refreshing horror game; worked very similar to Obscure, which was a fantastic game.

Can't say I ever played it, but looks decent from what I've just looked up.

Yeah, the whole horror film satire is something that gets overlooked quite a lot in games, and from what I've played on the ones that do it, it's great.

I take you didn't like RE7 right folks?

I actually dug RE7 for the most part. The front half more than the back half. Towards the end I feel it really lost steam, and that last boss was a disappointment.
