Probably yeah. Gary Moore is really close though and definitely beats Green in terms of versatility but no one could convey emotion through guitar playing as well as Green.

lol no they don't but his playing with Thin Lizzy makes up like 0.5% of Moore's discography so that means nothing anyway. I mean he only played on one album (which incidentally happens to be their best).
