Guys, don't bring the level of the talk down please. Pop music is enjoyable, always was, always will be. There's nothing wrong about having fun listening to music, is there?

+ Gaga took all the conventions of pop music on our century and blew them away. She did put a rocker attitude into her behavior and into some elements of her music. As I said on the review, pop music is not all about "sex and champagne".

It's about being open-minded. Something a lot of users here on sputnink fail to be. Just saying. Judging music by its genre is dumb. But if you wanna do it, be my guest. Just don't fuck around trying to argue if you don't have arguments.

How can you say telephone is one of her worst? It's so damn catchy and beyonce's verse is underrated.

'Telephone' sucks

idk. dancing?

But I was thinking beyond this particular album, more into the range of what's considered 'bad' music in general. For example, though, (god, that was redundant) If you're in love with Oli Sykes and listening to BMTH makes you feel closer to him, couldn't it be said that, for that one person and in that single respect, BMTH is good?

in that single respect, BMTH is good?"

by this, I meant good at something, if only just for that person.

It's so funny how people respect her for being "different," yet they don't realize that she only started using the gimmicks because people focused on her music too much.

Or maybe she's just evolving as an artist?

Saying your name in a song is so evolved.

@Titan I don't think you realize which period pit is talking about. Back when she released music under her actual named and dressed like a regular person, her music was formulaic and boring.

Yeah. So, she made both points far more interesting... what's your point...
