okay i was kind of harsh earlier but if my friend called me and was like 'hey man i wrote some
songs' and played this for me i'd be like 'damn this is awesome you're on to something!' but as a
complete package i'm finding it pretty weak. like there are a bunch of good things happening here
but they aren't coming together to make one big good thing
well wouldn't you make a great producer, that's all fine an dandy but when i listen to this it gives
me the willies and i'm not lying when i say the sounds on this record give me tongue.
idk i get the feeling this guy is channeling exactly what he wants in his sound and i take
it how it is. i bet if you get over what you perceive to be weaknesses you could start to hear more
of the artists intent and unlock the glory

that could be applied to any album with lo fi production-- many of which are good, this one is not. i'm iffy on the songs, not the production quality
