"Seats"!?!?!? To quote Dave Grohl "What's the deal, do you still have dial-up"
"Sounds like a cross between Kasabian and Arctic Monkeys' recent albums, but not as good as either."
As strange as that sounds Ali, it's actually not a bad analogy of sorts.

True Jeff, although I do feel both of those bands do have a retro feel as well... They just don't rely on it as much as Miles at the moment.

Yeah, I was reading an interview with Miles Kane & he said they weren't really planning it, but it could happen anytime. The fact that he is supporting Arctic Monkeys in Oz in January could help.

This album is alright, however live he really kills it. Was a very fun performance.

Good to hear croc. And how were the Monkeys?
|

The monkeys smashed it! The last I saw them was on the FWN tour and Alex in particular has really grown as a frontman, he has the cocky sneer down and the "too cool for school" rock moves happening. It was like watching a mini Josh Homme at times.

Excellent. I recall many people feeling like he was going through the motions a little too much 2-3 years ago.
