this is better than the main ingredient and its not even really close. main ingredient has get on the mic and although the rest is still great and classic in its own right, not much else really even gets close to that level except i get physical. this on the other hand has like 5 get on the mics (anger in the nation, troy, the basement, and skins just off the top of my head).
