No, Trent Reznor would probably rather kill himself then have that happen.

Again you need to put it in context. Fixed was Broken remixed by guests and not easy to get your hands
on because NIN was barely main stream. You couldn't buy it unless you went to a specialty store and
even then the UK import was easier to get than the state side release (I have no idea why). The mere
fact that you had to work to get your hands on it meant that only the most hardcore fans even had it.
Some people didn't like it as much but I thought it was a great companion piece. I can guarantee you
that both pieces would benefit from an update and I say release it together to make a full
album/double Ep instead of just an EP.

Trent Reznor is so nice to remaster this already classic album. Love it.

I made a panera bread version of head in the hole a while back and recorded it with my bros. It was awesome.
BREAD AS A BOWL
SOUP IN THE HOLE
I'D RATHER DIE
THAN GET IT TO GO
BOW DOWN BEFORE THE ONE YOU SERVE
YOU'RE GOING TO GET WHAT YOU ORDERED
Ahhhh those were the days

I was sceptical that this would be that essential, but it blows the original way in pretty much every conceivable way. I just wish they hadn't split up Sanctified and Something I Can Never Have on the vinyl release. Why the fuck did they do that? Better yet they should've split the whole thing across four sides and pressed at 45rpm - they already used two slabs of wax so it's pretty stupid to leave a whole side unused. These are small complaints though; this is still gorgeous work.

Tracks are like so awesome when they randomize on my usb. Shit just blasts in everything apart in car. So crisp.

@silentpotato, not really; at least, they certainly weren't enough to affect my rating. The vinyl
sounds amazing in comparison to the original version, and it sounds better than the CD as well due to
better dynamic range, so despite the track split I'd say the vinyl is the way to go.

The production on this definitely isn't better. It isn't even a remaster, it's simply had the dynamic range compressed and had the gain cranked up to seem more appealing in the age of the "loudness war."
However, such a process destroys the dynamics (difference between loud and quiet sounds for any who might not know), and clips the high end, resulting in completely flat sounding, uni-dimensional audio.
Seriously, run both albums through ReplayGain at the 89 dB standard to normalize the volume and see what I mean. The original sounds much better.

remasters good if youre just jamming to it in your car
if youre playing vinyl though for quality, then get the original

i can never find the original anywhere though. only place i saw it was used at FYE.
