Man, I had a big obsession with Krautrock at my mid-20s listening literally anything that was tagged as that. I remember worshiping Tangerine Dream and Can and I remember just liking Faust. I have to revisit those albums...

Why is the track listing for this album such a kerfuffle. How does one fuck up so badly? Half the time I don’t even know if I’m listening to the right song.
Excellent album regardless, of course, though I still might prefer FAUST (and even SO FAR??) to this by just a hair. Brilliant lot of albums, though, innit.

Saw that. Or at least the new single - figured more was coming and decided to revisit the Faust cannon (including a few I hadn’t heard before). This was easily my favorite before but damn, I was really drawn to the debut this time around, and even SO FAR bumped up a whole point for me 🤷🏼♂️
