There was something incredibly endearing about imagining a rapper laying alone in his bedroom, feeling down and insecure. I had never really seen a rapper in that way before.

really because i think it's faggy

Yeah I'm not sure how anyone could possibly listen to this album and call it boring or bland.

Am I literally the only person who gets the concept of this album? The songs are grouped into certain "Acts" for a reason, and each song contributes to the greater story of the entire album, which is basically Cudi painfully detailing over all of his faults and mistakes. Songs like "Mr. Rager" and "MANIAC" represent Cudi at his worst as a human being in his opinion, with all the typical cocky bravado bullshit so typical of a cocaine addict, all the highs and lows of drug use and abuse.

I feel like I'm the only person who's even noticed this besides Chan who briefly touched on it in his review.

Anyways I can get this not being some people's style, but I personally love the turn for the darker, more brooding hybrid of alternative hip-hop for Cudi and I can honestly say there isn't a bad track on this album, not counting the interlude.

Plus, I mean...the hooks. Oh my lord how could someone not think there are many hooks on this album? Every chorus makes you want to sing or rap along, especially the opening track and Erase Me.

/Fanboyism. Had to get that off my chest.

These worries is pretty dope, I dig the slower vibe. First track I've heard of his that doesn't make me want to smash a bottle of whatever kids these days are drinking.

Good Review. Just to let you know though cee-lo (green) is already a superstar... he is one half of Gnarls Barkley, and a member of atlanta's Goodie Mob. Been in the game for a long while

i was disappointed by this. i liked the more laid-back songs off of his first full length, but these are missing the spacey atmosphere that i loved off of it. but thats just after first listen and i change my mind a lot.
