All the loldeep, self-hating tumblr girls are into this and the Veil-something band. Checked one song on YT. Either they like listening to generic music, or it's the vocalist's looks and whiny lyrics. And what's with the stupid song titles? Guess I'm not gonna waste more of my time on this.....

'With Ears to See and Eyes to Hear', the Cameron Mizell produced debut LP from Floridian post-hardcore quintet Sleeping With Sirens, is equal parts flawed & promising. With practically only 8 full tracks that sound a little too alike, the occasional heavier elements & electronics feel forced, while the 2 ballads are missed opportunities. And yet, the LP somehow works, with enough musical technicality & vocal dexterity (courtesy of high-pitched singer Kellin Quinn) to get by. Most tracks are catchy, although they tend to linger in the shadow of the superb opener. Recommended Tracks: If I'm James Dean..., The Bomb..., With Ears to See... & You Kill Me.

This has to be my favorite album by them! As a matter of fact, their song "Let Love Bleed Red" has endeared itself to me. As well as the rest of their songs, but to me that's the one that really stands out.

Hands up - who else googled 'Sleeping with Sirens lead vocalist' and felt instantly violated? Damn you Hayley Williams

I'm not 100% sure why you'd feel violated, but if that's what you're going to try and describe him like alrighty then mate.

He's just a guy to be honest, with an average voice that could be a few notes lower and sound a lot manlier.

Oh, but it must be his moderately lengthed hair that makes him attractive.

It's a good album but it sounds almost identical to Broadway's Kingdoms

I'm not the biggest fan of Kellin's vocals (they have their place), but the instrumentation really struck me. If you listen hard, there are some wicked cool melodies.

This is just now appealing to me as a 20 year old man who had, for years, loathed this shit.

The FUCK.
