Damn how thankful I am that artists like Alva Noto and Loscil exist.

Now that long covid stroke back again yesterday (even after sleeping very well the last days I have little energy) their albums help a lot dealing with it and get through those days. Just listening and doing nothing else, albums like Endless Falls, Submers and now Plume (discovered in the last few days) are perfect for that.



I'm already glad I only have a mild version of long covid, but every 4-6 months it just strikes back for a few days making just thinking harder and I get exhausted and fatigued quickly. But listening to those albums makes me stay positive.
