I definitely like this one more, but "Sick Fuck" from TFE is always going to be one of my favorites.

Alllso, just to spread the word:

Unter Null + Cyanotic booking for USA/CA Summer Tour

UNTER NULL is now booking dates for a US/Canadian tour with CYANOTIC in addition to a European leg in support of the new UNTER NULL release "Moving On".
The North American dates will feature CYANOTIC with members of RABBIT JUNK and special guests to be announced in markets across Northern America with aggressive scheduling in Canadian and US territories, and later in countries throughout Europe. In addition, there are planned promotional efforts such as scheduled in-store appearances, DJ spots, and festival performances promoting the tour as a whole.
As the title of the forthcoming release might suggest, this stage of UNTER NULL has come to represent a complete reassessment of the direction of the project, both in the writing and live performance aspects of UNTER NULL. Supported by a full live band, the aggression of UNTER NULL's material is now fully reflected by a live dynamic that looks to span genre boundaries and overcome scene isolation by incorporating the engaging elements of punk rock energy, metal ferocity, and the intensity and club playability of industrial and EBM.
The decision to approach CYANOTIC about joining the tour was an easy one to make, as the bands share a similar direction and fan base, but are just different enough to pull in audiences and fans of industrial, rock, and EBM.
Something we hope to accomplish with this tour, and every one following, is to strengthen current promoter/booker relationships as well as develop new ones to the mutual benefit of the promoters, performers, and communities surrounding this music and its extended influence on nightlife, culture, and business.
We are now working on a continued and consistent improvement upon each live show, to be coupled with regular live dates in cities and venues spanning the globe, and we need your help!
The idea is to be as hands-on and DIY with this endeavor as much as possible; keeping expenses as low as possible for the promoters, the performers, and the venues. One of the most important aspects of this approach to us is ensuring that everyone involved benefits from the relationship we hope to develop with you over the coming months, and also the coming years.

That's an awesome line-up. You wouldn't possibly know a release date for the Cyanotic album?

@WFB - I'm pretty sure Sean is planning the album out around tour time, if not a bit before.

@Deviant - hey, if you can get in touch with interested promoters in NZ, then we'll be more than happy to play there.

Finally listened, but haven't touched the remixes on the LM edition. Pretty damn good but sounds a bit too much like Stray. I was hoping for a combination between Stray and old Unter Null.

I'm skeptical because how does no guitars translate into doom and black metal? The guitars play such a key role, it seems physically impossible to be riff-less and pull it off and still be metal.

Not when you get creative and you start reallllly fucking with stuff.

Then again, maybe a more apt title would be "electrodeath". I kind of like that even better.

@bloc - REALLY? Like Stray?? Huh. Check out the track "Visceral, Venom of My Being". It's decidedly NOT Stray-like... at all.

Sounds like a complete paradox. Im not denying it would or will be awesome but it certaintly is a ballsy move since well......doom is 90% guitar and black metal not quite a shigh but almost.
