I think Cursing Akenahten and Drifts are on a par with those two songs.

They make pick more dual melodies than can probably be heard on all Rose Funeral/Whitechapel and all other second rate deathcore albums as a whole.

Second rate? Really?

No offence but Rose Funeral are the epitome of second rate, their music is like a watered down version of Suffocation mixed with an atypical deathcore band such as Carnifex/Whitechapel.

The funniest thing i read was that Rose Funeral's former bassist left the band because 'it made me not want to play music anymore'.

chapel's first album was on par with Rose Funeral, but the second one is sooo much better. still, musically this would destroy it.

Instrumentally I prefer the re-release but vocally I prefer the old guy he was more original.

I would almost rate this a classic for how much better this sounds compared to the first.

I agree that this is pretty damn boss... I liked the new vocalist but i thought the production of the vocals on the original was better cuz sometimes this new guy sounds too low in the mix. I also think the new dude sounds like the old dude with more range. I didn't mind this but I still gravitate more towards the first release cuz it just seemed more crisp. and usually that clicky sound of the bass drum goes away if you listen to the album on a good sound system cuz it actually brings out the bass more and computer speakers bring out more of trebly sound

Older version was a lot better in my opinion. Vocals seem too quiet and I like the more raw sound on the other album.

I really like what im hearing...even the breakdowns sound cool (the chuggs with the 8 string guitars sound super beefy)...though yea...a few too many. and once more bands starts wanking on the 8 string guitar like them it'll get a bit old.
