its just way more stripped back than everything theyve done. which i guess can work at times but for the most part it just feels so empty

I actually found oversteps to be one of their more accessible releases,
I got into Ae after it came out, still think it's great but is definitely not one of their best.

i thought move of ten was a much better use of that sound palette to be honest. Yuop is a killer track though. they really are incapable of actually making bad music, but it just fails to really gel with me all the way through.

tri is weird for me, i always like it more when im actually listening to it then when im thinking about listening to it if that makes sense.
i have it on a CD in my car and i listen to it all them time and im like "damn this is sweet" but i always seem to forget that feeling when im not actively hearing it.

like it sounds way better cuz you can't replay all the little details in your head as opposed when you actually hear it yea it makes sense
and I won't be able to pay attention to it through-and-through if I'm driving cuz then it becomes background ambient techno

I've listened to this more than the rest of their discog and I'm still not sure what to think of it at all
