Sorry guys, but this is the most horrible and boring Slayer album ever. Lame riffs, the same uninspired vocals and lyrics (I mean, c´mon, they can do better), King´s solos at their worst (at least Hanneman seems to be trying), weak drums (and it´s painful to say that about Dave Lombardo) and just awful production. don´t get me wrong, I´ve been a Slayer fan for years, I got all their albums, including this crap, and is their worst attempt ever, the only good song is Psychopathy Red. They still kick ass live but, I think this is one of the last nails on their coffin. Donpt listen to it, if you´re a fan of the 80´s Slayer and Thrash in general, it will dissapoint you beyond belief. If you´re a newer slayer fan, you can try, but don´t expect too much. And sorry, but Megadeth´s Endgame kicks WPB ass to Hell and all the way back
THRASH TILL DEATH!!!

Considering all their post-90s stuff has sucked I'll repeat the fact that this should or Christ Illusion should be rated anything above 2 or 2.5 if in a generous mood

Personally I find Seasons in the Abyss to be a pretty diverse album so not all Slayer sounds the same as each other. Then again its probably no coincidence that Seasons is their best too (IMO)
