I’m in the same boat with The Second Ring of Power. Does nothing for me after hearing this. It’s like… too fleshed out and streamlined. Probably objectively better, but there’s so much variety and sickening atmospheres on this

i really love the album for its dreary, almost dreamlike atmosphere most of the time. I come to this if i'm more in the mood for more heavier death doom with a lot of ideas.
