That's not to say that this isn't a good record though, it is good in it's own right.

I mean lol yea they are similar in that they use electronics, their vocally similar, and they even both write introspective lyrics. But the feel is completely different-which tends to be more important than anything else. This is way too upbeat, happy, and even cinematic to call this a rip-off from the postal service. besides the guy says he never heard of them (sarcastically).
Idk if hes deserves the fame-but he certainly deserves it more than his current mainstream contemporaries.

Fireflies might just be the most vomit-inducing slab of pop tripe ever created. I didn't know lyrics could get so cringeworthy. Emo kids finding autotune, that's AWESOME. Seriously, this band needs to go fuck themselves.
