I enjoyed The New Reign. A lot more then I enjoyed this. The New Reign amazed me with the synth parts that they had. They all seemed to fit so well in the songs. This cd doesn't have a lot of synth, and I liked them more when they used the synth. I do like the rap-screamo scream that Ronnie uses at the end of Now Arise as well as in some other songs. Still not as good as the new reign though.
And Im going to see them with darkest hour and dying fetus and necrophagist at summer slaughter tomorrow at northern lights. I cant wait.

Whoa man, harsh as they come. I find this band to have it's moments. I was blown away by The New Reign, but I guess that makes me fall under the 'p0s3r' category. They'll probably get better for every album. I mean they're all 19-21 so their sound hasn't completely bloomed yet.

little point i can let you in on. get rid of the cuss words, it just looks dumb and unprofessional. it needs some serious revision, some of your points you bring up you dont even come to a conclusion on or even explain anyway, this needs some serious buffering man.

It's as if the band sat down, and asked themselves "How can we make our generic piece of *** deathcore band stand out from the other million generic piece of *** deathcore bands? I know!, we'll throw in keyboards.

1. the stars in it look retarded, just take them out and actually use your vocabulary
2. Everyone already knows this, so you stating it, especially in this fashion just looks like you're ranting, which is basically all this review is, one big rant.
3. (I know its nit-picky but...) You didn't even bother to put the ending quote marks.
some serious revision and reviewing the album seriously will fix most of these problems

this is a surprisingly bad review. not enough detail and very biased. if you're going to call a band a "piece of @#$% deathcore band", maybe you shouldn't review their cd, because odds are, we don't want to hear what you have to say.

I don't like the "brutal" feel to the album. I feel like the vocalist keeps screaming at me like every 2 seconds over fast drumming. Can't they slow down or something.....
