Well I'm a little more than halfway through the new 1349 album and it slays. And it got me thinking that maybe I should listen to this, but then I realized I gave every single 1349 album a 4 and I didn't wanna ruin the streak with this so I'm just going to leave it alone.

Hawks, this isn't that bad. Purists will hate it but I'm kind of enjoying it to a degree, more so for the fact that they took some risk on this album.

Giving this a one off listen and althought it's not amazing by any means, i think it's not all that bad. You can see what they were aiming for with this one, i just don't think they quite pulled it off, the atmosphere seems to get smothered by the production.

as not good as this is, I kinda dig the Silent Hill atmosphere of some of the interludes
