Passive is by far one of my favorite songs to date, and I could listen to it over and over again, but like you said, the rest of the album is terrible.



Get Passive and ignore the rest of the album.

I must say that this album is actually a good album, solely based on Imagine, Counting Bodies like sheep, When the levee breaks and peace love and understanding. Of course passive is a good song too, but i must say it's not as good as those mentioned above.



And yes, i am a fan of APC, but they just did what they usually do, which is make half the album more than decent, and the rest, well, decent enough.

I really like APC but this album is awful. Sure, Passive is a pretty good song, but they should have released it as a single or a b-side. It's really not worth wading through the extra shit that this album is full of.

I can KIND of see where the hate for this album is coming from, its certainly not their best work, but christ, its not THAT bad.

There are quite a few songs on here that I don't mind, some that I even love, and it is a listenable album.

Mer De Noms and Thirteenth Step have made A Perfect Circle one of my favorite bands. When listening to this album however, I couldn't help but wonder what went wrong.

Passive is incredible and Imagine is also pretty good but beyond that this wasn't really that good at all. I usually love APC or anything Maynard has done besides Puscifer basically but this was just disappointing.
